We are a boutique consultancy based in Victoria, Australia. Teamwirks core services are independent workplace investigations, mediations and cultural reviews ('our services'). Our investigations include allegations of misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination, and other employment-related matters. In performing our functions, we may collect personal information, including sensitive personal information about individuals.

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services and to manage relationships with our clients, contractors and other parties.

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for purposes including:

  • conducting independent workplace investigations, mediations and cultural reviews
  • preparing reports relating to our services
  • complying with legal and professional obligations

  • assessing and improving our services
  • keeping you updated about our services

Where appropriate, we may disclose personal information to:

  • the employer or organisation that engaged us
  • legal representatives (with appropriate authority)

In the course of our work, we do not routinely disclose personal information to overseas recipients. If it becomes necessary to do so, we will ensure such disclosures comply with APP 8, including taking reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients do not breachthe APPs.

Personal information is retained for the period necessary to fulfil our services or meet legal requirements, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified.
