• Fiona is highly adaptable because she has experienced both ends of the spectrum, i.e. from being the sole HR Manager to supporting a team of approx. 1,000 employees.

• Employee Relations Manager at the Royal Women’s Hospital and HR Business Partner at the Royal Children’s Hospital - Georgia was responsible for advising on dispute resolution, performance management, change management, enterprise agreement compliance, policy work and complex employee relations matters.
• Associate to a Commissioner at the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (now the Fair Work Commission).
• An experienced advocate, she has represented businesses in a range of tribunals in her role at the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce.
• She is passionate about supporting staff who have experienced family violence.
• During her time in public health she implemented a Family Violence Workplace Support Program within her organisation.
• She also led a project supporting all public hospitals across Victoria to implement a similar program.

• After completing her law degree in 1997, Vanessa commenced her career as a young lawyer at Lander and Rogers before joining Minter Ellison.
• There she honed her skills and expertise in employment, administrative and discrimination law, frequently dealing with matters involving allegations of misconduct.
• During her career as a lawyer, Vanessa worked extensively with clients in the education and health sectors.
• Following a break to prioritise her family, Vanessa joined Teamwirks as a paralegal, providing valuable support to the team with her experience, excellent judgment and critical thinking.

• With strong skills in all aspects of finance, payroll, office administration, database management, and Excel, Kristin supports and enhances our systems & processes
• Kristin's understanding of professional services requirements and obligations provides her with a solid foundation to organise our business essentials

• Bridget previously practised as an employment lawyer at Maddocks and then Minter Ellison, specialising in employment law and servicing both government and private sector clients.
• After taking time away from the law to raise her family, Bridget joined Teamwirks. She contributes strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and analytical skills to the team.
